Let’s get excited, I love this trail , it is so beautiful in the Black Hills in late Spring. So green and so many animals to view and watch in nature. A few of the different species are white tail deer, turkey, elk, buffalo, eagles, mule deer  mountain lions  porcupine, and many others. The most common everyday occurrence is white tail deer. Many different species of Hawks and peregrine Falcons, and around the numerous lakes you can watch the eagles swoop down, from far above to catch a fish with talons. What amazing eye site they have from 500 ft. Above the water. That’s just a enticing paragraph of what’s to be seen.
